Executive Pastor (full-time)
Our desired Executive Pastor is grounded in a deep love for God, translating that love into action through effective organizational leadership, sound biblical scholarship, pastoral presence, and a commitment to ECO’s Essential Tenets. An ordained (or ordainable) pastor holding an M.Div., this leader possesses a proven understanding of how healthy, effective ministries operate. Core gifts include big-picture strategic planning, team leadership, financial and human resources oversight, governance, and administrative systems management.
