Regathering for In-Person Worship

Month & Day | 11am

Please read the Guidelines and Frequently Asked Questions carefully before signing up to attend in-person worship. Guidelines, FAQ's and Registration can be found below.
Registration opens Mondays at 10am

We will continue to livestream Sunday morning worship for the forseeable future.

VIDEO GOES HERE

Do I need to register to attend in-person worship on Sunday?

Yes. This information is beneficial as it helps us ensure we are following the governor’s guidelines for gathering and it also ensures spacing will be adequate. If you need assistance registering, please contact the church office at 336-723-1621.

Do I have to wear a mask?

Yes. Properly-worn masks (fully covering nose and mouth) will be required of all in attendance for the entirety of the time spent on First Pres campus. We recognize that mask-wearing might not feel ‘normal’ during worship. Remember how Jesus set aside his own preferences for our sake: “Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also the interests of others” (Phil 2:4).

Will there be childcare, Children's Church, or Sunday School for any age?

At this time, there will not be on-campus childcare, on-campus Sunday School, or Children’s Church.

How are the facilities being cleaned and prepared before and between in-person worship?

Will need to input cleaning details.

What if I am not ready to come to in-person worship?

Congregants with health risks, small children, or who are considered vulnerable are encouraged to stay home.  This choice will be honored, supported, and commended.

Can I still give my tithe/offering on campus?

We will emphasize opportunities for online giving, but a locked drop box will be available in the worship venue to drop paper offering before or after the service. Staff wearing gloves will collect the offering on Monday or Tuesday.

When should I stay home?

We are asking that everyone continue to self-screen at home before you come to church.
If you have a fever over 100 degrees, a cough, a sore throat, shortness of breath, or contact with someone confirmed to have COVID-19 (in the past 14 days), please stay home and worship online.
